What is CorkShop.online? 

Cork Shop is an online store that sells and manufactures natural cork products, with headquarters in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. 


What are the advantages to be customer of the shop online? 

Besides the comfort and convenience in making purchases directly from home, without facing the problems of traditional shopping, we present you an excellent selection of items representing the regional crafts and quality of Cutlery in Portugal. 


How do I perform an order? 

Simply select the products you want to purchase, add them to cart, choose your payment method, method of delivery and send us the application online, do not forget to fill your data, the most complete as possible so we can send you the order correctly to our home.


Which means of payment can I use? 

. Bank Transfer 

You shall, within 48 hours after confirmation of order, transfer the total amount of your purchase order to our bank account, through a bank transfer operation performed in a counter of your bank, an ATM machine or using the your home banking service. 

. PayPal 

PayPal is a payment method that allows a secure and simple payment through VISA, MasterCard or American Express, without revealing personal financial information. 


How do I cancel an order? 

To cancel an order simply contact us at the email info@corkshop.online, providing the order number that you  wish to cancel. If you already have made the transfer payment, please send us your bank details (account number and holder) and we will return your money.


How can I view the status of my order? 

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email, in which will be available the code of the order by which you can consult the orden state, through your client area of our site. 


How are products delivered? 

All orders sent by Cork Shop, national and international, are shipped via the CTT. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and destination, can vary between 5 to 8 working days. 


What are the shipping costs? 

The shipping costs for international orders are 7,50 €.


If I am not satisfied with a product that I received or the produt is damaged, what can I do? 

One of our main concern is customer satisfaction. Our products have a lifetime warranty. But if something unusual happens and you are not satisfied with any product that you received, you should contact us by e-mail info@corkshop.online to resolve the situation. We are at your entire disposal to receive your suggestions and solve all the problems.
